COLLECTION OF SIDEWALK PLAQUES AND MANHOLE COVERS
Finding the correct name for these engraved brass triangles, used as direction indicator, was quite a search; city sidewalk plaques, pavement signs, engraved brass triangles, embedded plaques, ground markers but I still haven't found a satisfying description.
Besides the plaques, this gallery also shows some manhole sewer covers with municipal coats of arms and/or civic heraldry.
